  • Is this program safe for diastasis recti?
    Yes- Phase 0 and Phase 1 will reintroduce you to basic movement patterns that everyone can do. Once you begin Phase 2, you will be directed to a diastasis recti-specific section if needed. But before you do any of these exercises, make sure you are cleared by your doctor to do them.
  • How soon after my c-section can I start this program?
    You can begin The Post-C-Section Fitness Rx as early as 1 week after surgery, but it’s okay to wait as long as you need to feel ready!

    Phase 0 starts with gentle breathing and pelvic floor exercises. With that said, always ask your doctor first for clearance.
  • Will this program work for me if I’m several years post surgery?
    Yes- The Post-C-Section Fitness Rx follows a logical step-wise approach for strengthening all the muscles that are weakened from pregnancy and surgery. If you haven’t actively trained these muscles, they will be weak and need direct work!
  • How much time do I need to dedicate to this workout?
    You will only need 20 minutes a day, 3 times per week. This is such a small investment to regain your strength and confidence postpartum. How much would you value that?
  • How do I get access to the program?
