    Phase 1 includes 8 weeks of training for your first trimester.
    Phase 2 and Phase 3 each include 12 weeks of training for the second and third trimesters respectively.

    I purposefully did not include 40 weeks of training to give you a buffer and provide you with freedom and flexibility if you need to miss some training sessions.
  • What do I need to start this program?
    To get the most out of this program, you will need some form of external resistance such as dumbbells or resistance bands.
  • Do I need any special clearance before doing this program?
    Yes- your medical provider must clear you to engage in any form of exercise activity in pregnancy. Make sure that they clear you at every trimester!
  • How much time do I need to dedicate to this workout?
    You will only need 20-30 minutes a day, 3-4 times per week.
